Ankiel Shows Up For Royals Spring Training →
Position players were taking optional batting practice, and it was interesting to see a foursome made up of Scott Podsednik, Alex Gordon, Rick Ankiel and Chris Getz.  Ankiel told me how excited he is to be a Royal.  Podesednik’s influence in the clubhouse was described to me as electric.  This team will look very different than the 2009 version.
