St. Louis squared off against Houston last night, an epic currency showdown of Brad Penny versus Hunter Pence.  Pence went 0-3 versus Penny, and 0-for-4 overall, as the Cardinals won.

According to Google’s calculator, an actual penny is worth 0.64 pence. Coincidentally, 0.64 is also Brad Penny’s ERA.

And that’s a winner! Penny goes 1-0
