[Brendan] Ryan was supposed to be available to pinch run late in today’s game, but the shortstop had an ingrown toenail removed and is now scratched off the lineup card. He could appear in a game this weekend, in a similar role.

Ok, today is the last day of voting and I’m ultra late on my support. Yes, the season ended tragically and unexpected, but that is no reason to rob Brendan Ryan of a well deserved Goulet Award. His team deserted him and his mustache, yet we shall not.
