“Little Bitches”-gate update:
Brandon Phillips and Yadier Molina started yelling at each other when he came to bat in the bottom of the first, presumably over Phillips’s “little bitches” allegations. Scott Rolen and former teammate Chris Carpenter squared off, both managers were ejected. And seven minutes later, everyone made friends again. Well, almost everyone.
Molina has responded with a home run, a single, and shockingly, a stolen base. Phillips drove in a run, but he’s still 0-for-7 for the series, and has yet to hit the ball out of the infield. I certainly hope he’s not bitching about his performance.

Cardinals beat the Reds today 12 to… not very much. And since I have a small wager on this series, I would appreciate it if they could keep that up.
